  14. 1.    Open VB.INI
  15.  
  16. 2.    Create Key In [VB32-Add-Ins] : key = SCVB.cMain=1
  17.  
  18. 3.    Save VB.INI
  19.  
  20. 4.    Run RegSvr32.EXE with a commandline Path & sc4vb.dll ( To Register OLE Server)

  22. 5.    In VB32 Directory Rename VB.CNT => VB.CNT.OLD
  23.  
  24. 6.    Copy VB.CNT From Install PAth to VB32 Directory
  25.  
  26. 7.    If Succesful Run Vb 4 32 Bit
  27.  
  28. 8.    If Running on NT place all DLL Files in the System32 Directory.

  32. N.B.    If you have problems make sure that the SC4VB.DLL is not in a 
  33.     directory with long filenames and spaces
